Enjoy the peace and serenity of a yoga class in the beautiful outdoors.
Yoga is an excellent form of exercise regardless of your age or practice level.  It combines body movements, breath work, and mental relaxation all while relieving stress and maintaining health and well-being.  Learn moves to strengthen your body and increase your flexibility all while taking in the beauty of nature.

Classes are scheduled for one hour and are designed for all fitness levels.  Mats will be spaced 6 feet apart.  Masks are to be worn to and from mats, but not required during practice.  Classes are weather permitting.  Instructors will contact you in case of cancellation.

COVID Protocols

    • Participants will be asked upon arrival if they have any of the following symptoms before engaging in the program:

      • Fever (100 degrees and above) or chills

      • Cough

      • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

      • Fatigue

      • Muscle or body aches

      • Headache

      • New loss of taste or smell

      • Sore throat

      • Congestion or runny nose

      • Nausea or vomiting

      • Diarrhea

      • Have been in contact with someone in the last 14 days who has tested positive for COVID-19

      • If someone does have symptoms, they cannot participate in program until they no longer have symptoms or have a negative COVID-19 test. 

    • Participants will hand sanitize before the start of class

    • Participants will need to wear a mask while they are walking to and from their mat space.  Mats will be 6 feet apart during class.

    • Attendance will be taken every class to ensure proper contact tracing if necessary
